We provide a thorough and comprehensive process for both clients & candidates, to ensure the desired long-term outcome for all parties. There are too many transactional recruiters in the market who are looking for quick wins; we will never operate this way.
During the process, if the stars aren’t aligning for whatever reason and can’t be easily resolved, then we will advise that we look at alternatives to ensure we aren’t wasting anyone’s time or energy. This is a strategy that has served us well over the years and builds long-term trust within our network, and shows we understand what people need at an intrinsic level.

Our Recruitment Process

Recruitment consultation; discuss resource requirements and take detailed job briefs.

Full Market Search - We are using our existing network, referrals & a variety of recruitment tools to ensure all bases are covered.

Depending on the nature of the role, we will aim to submit 3-5 candidate profiles for review within 7 days.

We will be the conduit between client and candidate when it comes to negotiating salary package, as these can change from first interview stage.

We will coach the candidate through the process of giving notice to their current employer, especially how to handle counter-offers and the data around them.

We will arrange first round interviews and ensure that the candidates are fully prepped before attending.

Arrange second round interviews if necessary.

We will conduct x2 detailed reference checks for the candidates of interest and present these in a written format with relevant contact details.

Once the contract is signed and notice is tendered, we will remain in contact with the candidate, ensuring they are prepared for their first day with their new employer.

Conduct regular check-ins throughout their probation period until they’ve fully settled in.
