Company owner & director, Chris Gill, is a degree qualified quantity surveyor originally from the UK. Having spent 5 years working for head contractors, developers and pqs firms, he moved to sydney in 2015. after a brief stint working as a contract administrator, he made the switch to recruitment in 2016 and hasn't looked back.

now approaching 5 years & 150+ placements in the NSW construction market, he has a proven track record of delivering for both clients & candidates alike.

As a degree qualified quantity surveyor with 10 years experience in UK and Australia, Chris has a broad knowledge of the construction industry and the type of candidate clients are looking for in the current market.

Chris’ strengths lie in understanding the life-cycle of construction projects and building relationships to ensure that the client receives a quality service and develops business for the future. He has helped build teams across a variety of sectors including; commercial new-build, residential, schools, hospitals, aged care, data centres & fit-out/refurb projects, so his knowledge of the different roles and responsibilities is second to none.
